You’ll be joining a passionate team that values purpose, precision, and partnership. What You’ll Do Create high-impact motion graphics across branding, UI/UX animations, and logo reveals. Design and animate visual content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Cavalry. Create logo animations and branded motion systems that are crisp, on-brand, and emotionally compelling. Use storytelling and transitions skillfully to craft compelling short-form content and brand narratives. Generate avatar-based UGC content using Midjourney, Freepik, Firefly, and Heygen. Create GIFs for WhatsApp communications and Lottie animations for in-app UI/UX. Create industry standard brand intros using stock music, sound effects, and voiceovers. Develop storyboards, styleframes, and motion concepts with a clear visual narrative. Build brand-aligned video showreels for launches, case studies, and project highlights. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art leads, strategists, and brand teams. Stay updated on advancements in animation, AI tools, and motion design trends. Requirements Tools You Should Know: Creative Suite: Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cavalry, Jitter, Lottie AI Suite: Heygen, Midjourney, Freepik, Firefly, Runway, HeyGen Must-Haves: Must be in final year of a degree/diploma in Animation, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field. Prior hands-on motion design experience (internship/freelance). A strong portfolio/showreel with a range of motion design across digital platforms. Mastery of storytelling, transitions, and animated typography. A sharp aesthetic sense of color, composition, layout, and pacing. Experience with AI tools and storytelling is a big plus. Strong sense of branding and visual identity. Familiarity with voiceovers, music, and sound design integration.
