Shape the future of mobility together with leading motorcycle manufacturers in Japan

We are looking for a System Development Engineer / Technical Project Manager to drive the development of advanced powertrain and vehicle control systems for leading motorcycle manufacturers in Japan. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and Bosch's global engineering teams, taking responsibility from requirements analysis through system design, validation, and support for series production projects. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, driving technical decisions, and optimizing complete system solutions for future motorcycle platforms.

• 国内二輪車メーカーとの技術窓口
• 顧客要求の分析および要求管理
• システム要求のソフトウェア、ハードウェア、キャリブレーション開発への展開
• 開発計画の立案およびプロジェクトマイルストーンの策定
• 必要な開発工数および開発予算の見積もり
• グローバル開発チームとの開発推進、開発成果物と品質/納期管理
• 技術課題の調整および問題解決のリード
• 車両評価試験およびデータ解析によるシステム性能検証
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface for Japanese 2Wheeler OEM customers.
• Analyze and manage customer requirements through requirements management activities.
• Cascade system requirements to software, hardware, and calibration development teams.
• Develop project plans and define project milestones.
• Estimate development effort and project budgets required for development activities.
• Drive development activities with global engineering teams, manage development deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead technical issue coordination and problem-solving activities.
• Verify system performance through vehicle evaluation testing and data analysis.

資格

【必須要件】

• 日本語による円滑なコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル）
• 電気電子工学、機械工学、制御工学の基礎知識
• システム開発、製品開発、またはプロジェクト推進の経験
• 英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC 700点相当以上）
• 論理的かつ体系的に業務を推進できる能力
• 責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
• オープンマインドでチームワークを重視できる方
• 新しい技術や課題に積極的に挑戦する意欲をお持ちの方
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1)
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in system development, product development, or project management/coordination
• Ability to work effectively in English (equivalent to TOEIC score of 700 or above)
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
• Motivation to proactively take on new technologies and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Development experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry
• Hands-on experience with ECU, control systems, or software development
• Experience using requirements management tools (DOORS)
• Experience in vehicle testing, validation, calibration, or evaluation activities
• Familiarity with measurement and calibration tools (INCA)
• Experience collaborating with global and multicultural teams
• Passion for motorcycles and mobility technologies
