2x Program managers

The role drives end-to-end delivery across our clients Subscriptions portfolio, primarily focusing on two P1 strategic bets, with potential responsibility for 5–6 initiatives overall. Responsibilities include planning, prioritization, risk and dependency management, capacity planning, stakeholder alignment and proactive “surprise management.”

The role connects Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business/GTM to ensure strategic priorities translate into meaningful outcomes. There will be no direct people management involved, however the role requires leading and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority, across a global organization spanning Stockholm, the UK and US.

Top 3 Hard skills:

• Strong program/project delivery experience, with proven ownership of projects from planning through execution.
• Program management skills including prioritization, risk/dependency management, capacity planning and creating effective delivery processes.
• Experience working in technology/product environments, ideally with a technical background and close collaboration with Engineering and Product.
  
  

Soft skills:

• Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions, cultures and geographies.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early and drive issues to resolution.
  
  

Previous experience:

Experience from fast-paced technology companies such as Netflix, Meta, Google or Amazon; media, subscription or go-to-market experience; experience working across multiple time zones; and experience using AI/agentic tools such as GPT or similar solutions to improve delivery and efficiency. Candidates with approximately 3–10 years of relevant program/project delivery experience are considered a good fit.

Other:

We are looking for 2 candidates with the same seniority, no team setup with “one senior and one junior” will be considered.. One 12-month assignment and one 6-month assignment.

Start: No later than September 14.

Location: Remote within Sweden. Candidates outside of Sweden will not be considered.
