We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage both the business development and recruitment side of the process, supporting clients and building strong talent pipelines across the USA and/or UAE markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop new business through cold calling, outreach, and relationship building.

Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements.

Source and engage executive-level talent for specialist mandates.

Map talent pools and identify strong candidates across target markets.

Manage the recruitment process from business development through to candidate delivery.

Build long-term relationships with both clients and senior candidates.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience in 360 recruitment, covering both BD and sourcing.

Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Energy.

Experience working with the USA and/or UAE market.

Confident making cold calls and developing new client relationships.

Strong executive sourcing and talent mapping skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to manage accounts and deliver against recruitment mandates.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
