Haraka Headhunters is seeking an AI Animator/Cartoonist & Meta Ads Growth Strategist. We are a New York City–based attorney search firm nestled in the heart of the city, adjacent to Grand Central Station. Title: AI Animator/Cartoonist & Meta Ads Growth Strategist

Location: Pakistan (Open to Remote)

Compensation: $15 Per Hour (20 to 30 Hours Per Week)

What We Are Looking For...

Ideally, a minimum of 5 recent years of experience with the following:

• Instagram growth: Develop an aggressive, data-driven strategy to grow our account from approximately 50 to 50,000 relevant followers by year-end 2026.
• AI animation and cartooning: Create original, memorable animated videos, AI-generated characters, and visually engaging content that makes legal recruiting and attorney career opportunities interesting and shareable.
• Meta advertising: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and the Meta Business Suite environment.
• Landing page development: Design, build, test, and optimize landing pages that convert visitors into qualified attorney candidates, law firm prospects, and business inquiries.
• Revenue generation: Build a measurable acquisition funnel designed to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities as efficiently as possible.
• Brand development: Establish a distinctive, professional, and recognizable visual identity for Haraka Headhunters.
• Analytics and accountability: Track performance, identify winning strategies, and report results in terms of business impact—not vanity metrics alone.

Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields is preferred, but equivalent practical experience and demonstrable results will be considered:

• Digital Marketing or Marketing
• Advertising, Strategic Communications, or Public Relations
• Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or Digital Media
• Film, Video Production, or Multimedia Arts
• Computer Science, Creative Technology, or a related AI-focused discipline
• Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics

Experience with some of the following tools is desirable:

• AI creative: Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted visual storytelling tools.
• Animation and video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, CapCut, and motion graphics software.
• Paid advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Landing pages: Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Leadpages, or equivalent platforms.
• Analytics and optimization: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools, A/B testing platforms, and CRM integrations.

Candidates do not need to use every tool listed. We are looking for someone who can select and apply the right tools to achieve the desired business outcomes.
