Role Overview: Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist to join their art team. As a 3D Artist, youll create high-quality assets that elevate the visual experience and help shape the look and feel of upcoming titles. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models: Design, model, and texture props, environments, and characters using industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter. Collaborate closely with art and design teams: Ensure your assets align with creative direction and function well within gameplay. Contribute to visual development: Support world-building by contributing ideas, references, and concept iterations that enhance artistic cohesion. Maintain performance and optimisation standards: Deliver assets that are visually impressive while optimized for performance across platforms. Adapt and iterate: Respond to feedback constructively and make changes to meet both artistic and technical goals. Stay current with trends and tools: Keep up with industry best practices, new tools, and workflows to continually raise the bar for quality. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in the games industry. Proficient in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max alongside Substance Suite and ZBrush. Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality 3D assets, including both organic and hard surface work. Understanding of game engines , ideally Unreal Engine or Unity, with knowledge of asset implementation. Excellent eye for detail, form, and realism , with a strong sense of scale, proportion, and lighting. Team player with strong communication skills , comfortable working in a cross-functional team. Self-motivated and organized , able to manage time effectively in a production environment. Benefits: Salary: DKK 40,000 - DKK 45,000 monthly.
