This full-time, remote position is based in Fairfax and offers an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals to dive into the world of 3D modeling within the dynamic Information Technology sector. As a 3D Modeler at The Nova Lab, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models that not only reflect the vision of our projects but also adhere to industry standards. You will collaborate closely with designers and developers to produce compelling visual content that enhances user experiences in a variety of applications. This role is a perfect starting point for someone passionate about 3D design and technology, and we provide a salary range of $58,000 - $110,000 annually, along with a supportive and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Create and develop 3D models for various projects Collaborate with design and development teams Ensure all models adhere to project specifications and timelines Assist in the optimization of 3D assets for performance Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements Contribute to project documentation and brainstorming sessions Adapt and revise models based on feedback from team members Requirements Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, or similar) Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fundamental understanding of 3D design principles Good communication skills for collaborating with team members Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Portfolio showcasing recent 3D modeling work is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
