The Role

We are looking for a mid-level 3D Photogrammetry Artist to join our team in Athens. You will focus on the digitization of cultural heritage relics and sites, converting raw scanned data into game ready 3D assets for real-time game engines, VR/AR, and WebGL applications.

Responsibilities

• Photogrammetry: Process high-resolution image datasets using Agisoft Metashape, RealityScan, or equivalent software to generate accurate 3D models.
• Optimization & Retopology: Process raw scan data to create production-ready, low-poly assets with efficient UV unwrapping.
• Texture Baking: Bake high-poly scan details onto low-poly meshes and produce clean, game-ready textures.

Requirements

• Experience: Middle level experience in photogrammetry workflows and 3D asset processing.
• Photogrammetry Tools: In-depth proficiency in Agisoft Metashape, RealityScan, or equivalent photogrammetry tools.
• 3D Software: Strong knowledge of 3D softwares such as Blender, ZBrush, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max for sculpting, retopology, mesh reconstruction, and UV packing.
• Texturing: Solid understanding of PBR texture workflows and texture editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
• Soft Skills: Highly organized with keen attention to detail, capable of driving tasks independently while collaborating smoothly with developers and artists.
