Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.). As a SAP Project Manager you will: Provide project management leadership and support to cross-functional teams delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring key milestones and program commitments are achieved on time Establish and monitor project KPIs and metrics, providing clear and accurate progress reporting to stakeholders Lead the day-to-day execution of projects, facilitating communication, removing blockers, and driving progress against agreed plans Identify, track, prioritize, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions Set clear priorities and coordinate activities across project teams to ensure timely and effective task completion Own and maintain a robust, realistic, and up-to-date project plan Collaborate closely with customers, internal implementation teams, SAP teams, and third-party partners Prepare and deliver regular status reports and project updates to project sponsors and senior stakeholders Promote the effective use of project management and delivery tools, helping project teams improve their planning, collaboration, and delivery practices What would make you a fit for the role: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another relevant discipline Proven track record of delivering large-scale, highly complex transformation projects involving integrated application landscapes Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering full-cycle SAP implementation projects, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern project delivery methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combining technical understanding with a business-oriented consulting mindset Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively under tight deadlines It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: Recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management Previous experience delivering SAP projects in the Energy & Utilities sector, with knowledge of industry-specific processes and solutions such as SAP IS-U Being a part of the Netcompany team, you will be provided with: The opportunity to work in a modern environment & in a hybrid working model A seamless onboarding experience and a buddy to support you on your first steps A competitive compensation & benefits package Health and life insurance program Meal and commuting allowance Well-being activities (on premises) Continuous learning opportunities using the most modern methods (unlimited access to Udemy for Business, ad-hoc trainings) A personalized development plan for targeted career growth If you are looking forward to be part of a diverse environment, and have the opportunity to work alongside well-experienced professionals, on challenging, large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe, then this is the place to be!
