This position will report into the Global Head of Finance, responsible for managing end to end Elite 3E system. We are seeking an experienced 3E Systems Expert to manage, support, enhance, and optimize the Elite 3E Practice Management System. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for 3E, partnering with Finance, Billing, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations teams to ensure efficient system performance, process automation, reporting, and user support. The role requires strong functional knowledge of legal/practice management systems, financial processes, and technical expertise in Elite 3E configurations, integrations, reporting, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for Elite 3E application
- Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Manage system configurations, security roles, workflows, and user access
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to resolve application issues
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting Elite 3E or similar legal/practice management systems
- Strong understanding of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing and eBilling
- Time & Expense Management
- Financial Reporting
- Experience with SQL Server and database querying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with:
- Elite 3E Configuration
- 3E Templates
- 3E Data Insights
- eBilling Hub
- Business Objects
- SSRS Reporting
- Data Warehouse solutions
- Knowledge of legal industry operations and finance processes
- Experience in cloud-hosted environments
- Exposure to Finance Transformation and ERP integrations
- Project Management certification is a plus
