AUD 100,000) Job Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Responsible Manager (ACL) to oversee and manage credit business operations in Australia. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations while supporting business decision-making and operational management for online small-amount lending products. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the credit business in Australia. Participate in business decision-making and compliance management for credit products. Supervise and guide lending, credit assessment, and customer management activities. Ensure all business operations comply with applicable local financial laws and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting , or related field; OR an Australian-recognized credit industry qualification (such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services ). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an Australian licensed credit institution (e.g., lending, credit assessment, credit management). Experience in credit business management or compliance management preferred. No record of significant non-compliance or regulatory breaches. Preferred: Background in online small-amount lending
