Head of Southeast Asia Sales｜东南亚销售负责人 We are supporting an established consumer products company in hiring a Head of Southeast Asia Sales to build and grow its business across Southeast Asia. This is a newly created role with strong ownership and entrepreneurial scope. In the initial stage, you will personally lead market development and channel expansion, with the opportunity to build and manage a local team as the business grows. What you'll do Lead Southeast Asia sales growth and market expansion Develop and manage distributors, agents, dealers, supermarkets and modern-trade channels Build new markets and customer networks from the ground up Lead commercial negotiations and drive sustainable revenue growth Coordinate closely with headquarters on order fulfilment, channel operations and market development Build and lead a local sales team as the regional business expands What we're looking for 5+ years of overseas channel sales experience Proven business development experience in at least one Southeast Asian market Strong distributor / agent / modern trade / supermarket channel exposure Business-level Mandarin Chinese and English Strong, quantifiable sales performance Hands-on commercial mindset with proven 01 market-building experience Candidates from fragrance, perfume, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, home & living, FMCG or other consumer-product sectors are especially relevant, but product category is not strictly limited if your channel resources and track record are strong. OEM / ODM sales experience can also be considered.
