About the Role The GTM Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing teams in the US market. This position requires a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting with candidates. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Required Skills Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience hiring GTM in Technology from a US based company. Sales and Marketing hiring in Software, Hardware and Security technology companies.
