Job Description

Are you looking to make an impact in someone’s life, while working in a fast-paced environment?

As an AAC Trainer you would be responsible for contributing to the sales growth in the Dutch market by increasing awareness, developing networks, and providing training on Tobii Dynavox products to potential and existing customers. This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands, with frequent travel across the Netherlands and occasional travel to Belgium and other parts of Europe.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver training on Tobii Dynavox solutions to clinicians, educators, and user groups.

  • Engage extensively with user communities and key stakeholders.

  • Plan and create presentation materials tailored to different audiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to achieve shared goals.
     

We believe you have:

You are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and presenting to groups. You thrive in a highly autonomous environment and are motivated by making a meaningful difference.

  • Native-level Dutch, spoken and written.

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Experience in healthcare, education, rehabilitation, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, account management, or a related field.

  • An interest in AAC and assistive technology.

  • Excellent presentation and training skills.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities.

  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.

  • A valid driver’s license; a company car is available for private use as a taxable benefit.

  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have:

  • Speech and Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist qualification.
