Competitive Contractor Compensation We value your expertise and offer a transparent, premium pay structure: Direct Therapy: $75.00 / hour Evaluations: $120.00 / hour SLPA Supervision: $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided) Why Contract with AACT? Responsibilities Assess & Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency. Tailored Therapy: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21). Collaborate: Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home. Mentor: Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensure: Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Experience: Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred. Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services. Mindset: A collaborative spirit and a passion for serving the developmental disability community.
