Job Details Maintain and build a consistent caseload of ABA clients. Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in the home, community, clinic, and other approved settings. Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect, maintain, and document accurate clinical data. Participate in caregiver training and clinical team meetings as appropriate. Assist with client transitions and continuity of care. Promote compassionate, respectful, and individualized care for each client and family. Under the supervision and direction of a BCBA/Clinical Director: Coordinate assigned ABA cases and support continuity of services. Serve as a point of communication between families, BT/RBT staff, BCBAs, and Compass administration. Assist with new client intake, including gathering information from families, coordinating intake documentation, scheduling assessments, and preparing cases for clinical review. Assist the supervising BCBA with initial assessments, reassessments, progress reports, and exit/termination reports. Support caregiver interviews, observations, data collection, assessment activities, and gathering information necessary for treatment planning. Assist with transitioning clients from assessment into ongoing ABA services. Support timely completion of reports, progress updates, and required documentation. Monitor case coordination needs and help ensure services are initiated and maintained efficiently. Identify concerns involving staffing, families, service delivery, or treatment implementation and communicate them to the supervising BCBA or Clinical Director. Requirements Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ABA program . Senior-level RBT experience or comparable experience providing direct ABA services and supporting clinical teams. Experience implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Strong understanding of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and ethical ABA practices. Experience collecting clinical data and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, families, BCBAs, RBTs, and interdisciplinary team members. Ability to support and mentor BT/RBT staff within the scope of the position and under BCBA direction. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
