About the opportunity 👇
About the role
We're looking for an account-based marketing (ABM) manager to build and run programs that help us engage, win, and grow our enterprise and key accounts. You'll work closely with sales to understand account priorities, reach the right buying groups, and create personalized experiences that generate quality pipeline and move opportunities forward.
The role mixes planning with hands-on work. You'll turn account research, intent signals, and sales insights into coordinated campaigns across digital channels, content, executive events, and direct outreach. You'll work with demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to build an ABM approach for your territory that's measurable, repeatable, and relevant to the people we want to reach. Proven ABM frameworks are already in place, and you'll have room to be creative.
What you'll do
- Build and own ABM programs: Develop and run tailored programs for individual key accounts (1:1) and clusters of accounts with shared needs (1:few) through paid media, email, landing pages, direct mail, and sales outreach. Turn what works into repeatable approaches for broader account segments.
- Plan with sales: Align with account executives and sales development teams on target accounts, buying groups, shared goals, and follow-up. Use account research, engagement data, and intent signals to set priorities and tie marketing to account plans.
- Work across marketing: Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to turn account challenges into clear messaging and assets. Work with regional and partner marketing on executive briefings, roundtables, and targeted events.
- Own delivery: Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables for your territory. Work with revenue operations to activate account segments, coordinate campaigns, and keep tracking reliable.
- Measure and improve: Report on buying-group engagement, qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue impact. Share results and recommendations with sales and marketing stakeholders, test new approaches, and document what works in reusable ABM playbooks.
What you'll bring
- B2B marketing experience: Five or more years in B2B technology marketing, including at least two years building and running ABM programs. You can point to programs that generated quality pipeline, sped up opportunities, or supported customer growth.
- Sales partnership: You understand enterprise buying cycles and how to engage multiple stakeholders within an account. You've worked closely with sales teams to turn account priorities into coordinated marketing activity.
- Planning and campaign skills: You're comfortable building an account-based plan and delivering it. You know how to adapt messaging and channels to different industries, personas, and stages of the buying process.
- An analytical approach: You can interpret account and campaign data, tell engagement apart from real business outcomes, and turn findings into clear recommendations. You're comfortable explaining both results and measurement limits.
- Marketing technology: You've used CRM, marketing automation, and ABM or intent platforms to build audiences, run campaigns, and measure performance. Experience with Salesforce, Demandbase and HubSpot is helpful. An appetite for using AI and automation in your work is a plus.
- Communication and project management: You build good relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of delivery. You bring creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to test, learn, and adapt.
