Academic Lead

We’re building a new Online Education Academy focused on Qiyas & English programs, and we’re looking for talented educators, academic professionals, and specialists to join our growing team.

Available Work Arrangements:

Remote | Hybrid | Part-Time | Full-Time

The work arrangement may vary depending on the position.

Academic & Teaching Roles

• Academic Lead

• STEP Instructor — 3–5 positions

• Qudrat Instructor — 2–3 positions

• English Academic Lead — 1 position

• English Instructor — 3–5 positions

• Academic Content Developer — 1–2 positions

Business & Analytics

• Data Analyst — 1 position

What we’re looking for:

We’re interested in professionals with strong hands-on experience in education, test preparation, online teaching, curriculum development, academic quality, content development, or data analytics, depending on the role.

For instructor positions, we’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Proven teaching experience

• Strong subject-matter expertise

• Excellent online teaching and presentation skills

• Experience creating lessons, exercises, and mock exams

• Ability to analyze student performance and provide practical feedback

• Previous student feedback, testimonials, or documented results

For instructor roles, a previous teaching/demo video and student feedback or testimonials will be required.

For leadership and content roles, we’re looking for strong experience in academic management, curriculum design, instructional design, quality assurance, and learning outcomes.
