We are seeking an Academy & Apprentice Manager to lead and manage our early-career talent programs across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working student initiatives, and apprenticeship programs while ensuring an outstanding learner experience from onboarding through graduation and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with learners, mentors, hiring leaders, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture teams to support talent development, monitor learner progress, and ensure our Academy programs continue to deliver meaningful outcomes for both individuals and the business.
What you'll do
- Early-Career Program Management: Manage Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working student initiatives, and apprenticeship programs across the region while ensuring alignment with the global Academy model, learner journey, and program standards.
- Learner Experience & Development: Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout their Academy journey, supporting their development through regular check-ins, coaching conversations, readiness reviews, and ongoing guidance.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnership: Partner closely with mentors, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders to facilitate learner development, readiness assessments, progress reviews, and successful transitions into the business.
- Program Performance & Governance: Monitor learner progress, engagement, certifications, milestones, risks, and outcomes while providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition & People & Culture: Build strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to support workforce planning, recruitment alignment, onboarding readiness, stakeholder engagement, and post-Academy follow-up.
- Continuous Improvement & Program Excellence: Capture feedback from learners, mentors, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the global Academy experience.
What we need to see from you
What we're looking for
- Experience in Early Careers, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, or a related field.
- Strong coaching and learner support capabilities, with experience guiding individuals through development journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and HR functions.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple cohorts, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
- Ability to track performance metrics, interpret program data, identify risks, and drive appropriate actions.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
