Academy project manager

Role Description The Academy Project Manager is a part-time role based in Giza with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development projects within the company’s academy initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing project timelines, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress against objectives, and ensuring that training materials and sessions are delivered on schedule. The Academy Project Manager also coordinates logistics for workshops and courses, monitors quality and participation, and prepares regular status updates and reports for management.
Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor academy or training-related initiatives.
• Background as an Expeditor or experience in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of tasks, materials, and project milestones.
• Knowledge of Inspection practices to review training deliverables, documentation, and processes for accuracy and quality.
• Skills in Logistics Management to organize schedules, venues, materials, and participant communication for training programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, video conferencing platforms).
• Prior experience in education, training, or professional development programs is beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in business, management, logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
