Account and social media manager

Agency : Havas Budapest Job Description : We are looking for an Account Executive and Social Media Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for digital and social media. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day execution of client projects from planning through to delivery Serve as a key point of contact between the client and the agency Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors Understand client business objectives and proactively respond to their needs Participate in campaign strategy development and ensure effective implementation Coordinate and lead internal project workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and deliver optimization recommendations Prepare client presentations, status reports, and meeting summaries Identify insights from data, trends, and competitive analysis to support better decision-making Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, media, etc.) Proactively suggest new ideas, solutions, and opportunities for client growth Social Media Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publishing Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure engaging and consistent messaging Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Support community management and ensure brand consistency across channels Administrative & Reporting Tasks Prepare campaign reports, performance analyses, and financial summaries Support billing processes and administrative tasks Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders Handle additional tasks as assigned by management What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Client-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
