What You Need to Know

We are looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Account Services team. This position will work collaboratively with the external Client and the HWP team to support the successful execution of programs. The Account Coordinator is responsible for executing assigned tasks during the program life cycle and providing overall administrative support to the team.

What You’ll Do

The Account Coordinator is accountable to the Group Account Lead, assigned Clients, and internal stakeholders and responsible for providing administrative and logistical support and contributing to the overall success of programs. In addition, this role will:

  • Manage payments and expenses, including processing, tracking, requesting, and documenting payments and related correspondence
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical support for internal and client meetings, including scheduling, status reporting, meeting documentation, and preparation of meeting materials
  • Support project status meetings by preparing updates, documenting key discussions and action items, and incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to successful live program execution, including recruitment support, material coordination and shipping, and onsite assistance as needed
  • Build knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical education industries and contribute relevant competitive intelligence to support project teams and clients

What You’ll Have

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated work/internship experience
  • Ideally based in the New Jersey/New York area with access to one of our offices for in-person collaboration as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest and ability in learning medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
  • Demonstrated ability to apply transferrable skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
