Apply Job Type Full-time Description What We Need: MikeWorldWide (MWW) is seeking a Coordinator, Influencer Marketing to support the execution of influencer programs for our consumer clients. This role is focused exclusively on influencer work and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of campaign operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. This is a full-time role based in Mexico City, with the option to work remotely or hybrid from our office location. Candidates must be available to work PST business hours to align with the U.S.-based team. Primary Responsibilities: · Build influencer recommendation lists based on brief parameters (budget, content style, platform, region). · Support outreach to influencers by maintaining trackers, coordinating follow-up, and assisting in initial communications. · Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, and take detailed notes during influencer-related calls. · Coordinate content reviews, collating internal/client feedback and ensuring all edits are implemented prior to go-live. · Manage payment documentation and liaise with finance to ensure influencer payments are processed accurately and on time. · Update and maintain team trackers, calendars, and project management tools. · Support product seeding initiatives: track shipping, confirm receipt, and maintain gifting logs. · Monitor influencer content for performance tracking and campaign compliance. · Stay current with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and talent discovery. Requirements Requirements/Qualifications + Success Factors: 2-3 years of experience that includes Influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and social media management Prior experience with influencer and social media listening, publishing, and measurement platforms is a must; this includes tools similar to CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Meltwater, Sprinklr, and others. Knowledge of social media advertising options and management on LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Experience executing paid social advertising is a plus Proficient reporting skills and turning data into insights & recommendations Maintain a professional, client-ready demeanor and presence; keep a high standard of etiquette in all communications and interactions Shines in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines without sacrificing quality Ability to “get smart quickly” - understand and learn different business sectors swiftly Superior oral and written communication skills; proofreading and editing ability Ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively; exhibit a facility for problem-solving and close attention to detail Possess strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Demonstrates motivation and a “can-do” attitude and immerse themselves in an integrated team Desire to pursue knowledge and professional development Actively participate in agency development by working collaboratively across all practice areas and assisting with new business whenever possible Cultivate and exhibit strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time in an organized manner while ensuring deadlines are met Consistently strive for personal excellence with both client deliverables and within your team, enabling MWW to maintain competitive advantage by providing exceptional value and service
