About Reingold
Reingold is a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA. For more than 40 years, we’ve been driven by a simple mission: to help organizations –– whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector –– as they strive to make the world a better place. We hire top-notch talent to develop and launch compelling, inventive communications campaigns, leveraging the latest technology and digital media strategies that enable our clients to meet their audiences where they are.
We’re proud to say we’ve built a team of curious, passionate pros — from marketers and tech wizards to designers and strategists — who love what they do and bring their A-game every day. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe great ideas come from collaboration, humor, and a little bit of fun along the way.
When you work at Reingold, you get more than a job, you get a community. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, a dynamic hybrid work environment, a vibrant workplace and growth opportunities in a variety of specialty areas. That means when we find great people (and they find us), they stick around for the long term.
That's where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced account director to lead the client relationship and the cross-functional teams behind a growing portfolio of integrated marketing and brand programs for a major consumer electronics client. In this full-time role, you’ll bring together strategy, creative, digital, media, web, and analytics leads, along with partner agencies, to plan and deliver work that spans paid digital, ecommerce, influencer marketing, PR, and social media. You’ll serve as the client’s trusted strategic partner, set direction for the team, bring structure to complex and fast-moving work, and deliver measurasble results. You’ll also spot opportunities to expand our partnership across additional brands and product lines and help turn them into new work. If you thrive at the intersection of project management and digital marketing, we’d love to meet you.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA or one day per week on site at our Raleigh, NC office.
Here’s the work you’ll do:
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic counselor for executive-level client stakeholders, building trusted relationships across multiple brands and business units.
- Oversee a portfolio of integrated marketing programs, including lower-funnel paid digital and remarketing campaigns, ecommerce website optimization, and upper-funnel brand awareness campaigns that span social media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- Critically assess client needs and guide cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, digital, media, web, and analytics staff and partner agencies, to develop meaningful and creative solutions.
- Synthesize team input into a clear strategic vision, translate goals and objectives into action plans, and oversee execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Own performance objectives and demonstrate measurable impact by analyzing campaign performance, asking thoughtful questions about results, and telling the story behind the data in regular client reporting.
- Manage complex account budgets, forecasts, and contract compliance, including detailed tracking and invoicing across multiple brands and product lines.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the account, including new scopes with additional brands and product lines, and lead development of proposals and recommendations.
- Supervise staff and mentor junior teammates, supporting their professional growth.
- Practice active listening with all stakeholders and continually improve team processes and efficiency.
