Commercial Ownership & Growth

  • Own retention, renewal readiness, and expansion strategy for the account.
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand Thrive’s footprint across regions, business units, and solution areas.
  • Lead account-level decisions on priorities, scope, and resource needs, balancing client requests with contractual commitments and long-term partnership goals.
  • Resolve scope and prioritization questions escalated by the account team, establishing clear expectations with clients and internal partners.
  • Partner with the Executive Sponsor and cross-functional leaders to secure support and resolve issues requiring broader alignment or approval.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop account team leaders, with responsibility for hiring, performance management, coaching, and prioritization.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, goals, and decision-making authority, enabling each leader to own their respective function.
  • Provide strategic direction and resolve escalations while maintaining accountability for the account’s overall performance.
  • Stay hands-on with key initiatives, executive engagements, and high-visibility moments, with day-to-day planning and delivery led by the team.
  • Support team leaders in developing a global delivery team, ensuring consistency, quality, and local relevance across regions.
