We’re Hiring: Realtor Relations Representative – Real Estate Focus

Avalon Inspections – North Atlanta Location

Avalon is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, sharp, people-first Marketing Rep to build and strengthen relationships with real estate agents across our service area.

If you’re the type who can walk into any brokerage, connect with agents, and leave an impression that leads to business — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Visit real estate offices daily to promote Avalon’s inspection services

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with agents and team leaders

• Attend industry events, caravans, lunch-and-learns, and networking meetups

• Keep Avalon top-of-mind with consistent communication and follow-through

• Drive referral growth and maintain a full pipeline of agent partners

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to knock doors and meet agents

• Sales or real estate marketing experience is a major plus

• Organized, reliable, and professional — our brand matters

• Someone who thrives on building long-term relationships

• Must have reliable transportation and a polished, friendly demeanor
