Account Executive

Nasoft is hiring on behalf of Lemon Productions for an Account Executive to fully own one of their key content accounts. You’ll be the main link between the account and the creative team, making sure the right creators are chosen, scripts are on point, and videos are delivered fast and match the brief.

Responsibilities

• Own the account end to end and be the go-to person for everything related to it
• Find, shortlist, and follow up with the right creators and content makers for the account
• Follow up on video submissions and speed up delivery from creators
• Track scripts and their details, making sure everything is clear and aligned
• Review videos carefully and check they match the approved scripts and brief
• Research and suggest references and ideas the team can work on
• Coordinate with the creative and execution teams to keep work moving on time

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1:2 years of experience in account management, content, influencer marketing, or a creative/production agency
• Experience working with content creators/influencers
• Experience reviewing scripts and video content
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti or Gulf market
• Strong eye for quality: knows what works and what doesn’t in content
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow many moving parts at once
• Fast learner and flexible, comfortable adapting to changes
• Highly committed and reliable
• Excellent Arabic and good English

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working days: Sunday to Thursday (5 working days + 2 days off)
• Work model: Hybrid, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home each week
