Enterprise Account Executive - SAP Transformation Services
Up to £130k base (negotiable) + uncapped OTE (x2 at target) + share options | Remote, anywhere in England
ESP are partnering with a fast-growing SAP services partner that is scaling its UK business and hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win large, strategic transformation programmes.
Why now
UK organisations running SAP ECC are in a "must-act" window. Mainstream maintenance ends in 2027, and boards are making big decisions right now about S/4HANA, RISE and wider process change. This role sits right in the middle of that demand.
The role
You'll own a defined set of large UK accounts, most of them still running SAP ECC, and drive net-new SAP services deals with C-level and board stakeholders. You'll sell on business outcomes and transformation value, not on product features or demos.
- Typical deals of £2-10m, with sales cycles of 6-18 months
- Organisations of £1-5bn+ turnover
- Land and expand: winning a well-placed £500k deal that grows into a £10m programme is part of the job
- Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to build outcome-led proposals
- Run a structured enterprise sales process (MEDDPICC or similar)
What the client is looking for
- A proven track record in complex enterprise sales, ideally SAP or ERP services
- Experience of selling large, strategic, multi-year deals into very large commercial organisations
- Enough understanding of the ECC installed base and the move to S/4HANA to hold credible conversations with customers about their options
- Comfortable engaging at board level and selling on business outcomes
- A persistent hunter mindset, balanced with a consultative approach
Who this isn't for
This role isn't suited to SMB or mid-market sellers, or to people whose experience is mainly short-cycle software licence or product sales.
The environment
This is a scale-up, not a big consultancy. Things won't always run on rails and there won't be a policy for everything, and the person who joins will help shape the direction. It suits someone entrepreneurial, happy to wear a few hats and keen to be building rather than maintaining.
The package
- Base salary up to £130,000, negotiable for the right person
- Uncapped commission, with double base achievable at target
- Share options available to all employees
- Real progression as the UK team grows
- Home-based anywhere in England, with occasional London meetings
