Account Executive

Role Description This part-time remote Account Executive role at CONCREA CARRERAS para jóvenes con diversidad funcional focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, clients, and program stakeholders. The Account Executive manages a portfolio of accounts, coordinates online meetings, prepares proposals and presentations, and follows up on opportunities to support career pathways for young people with functional diversity. Daily activities include tracking account performance, updating CRM or account management tools, collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs, and providing clear, timely communication to all involved parties. The role also involves identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting outreach campaigns, and ensuring that client feedback is collected and shared to improve services.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated account management or client relationship experience, including managing multiple accounts and priorities in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in writing and in virtual meetings, and to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, online collaboration platforms, and video conferencing software.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Empathy and commitment to inclusion, particularly an interest in supporting young people with functional diversity in their professional development.
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in sales, partnerships, customer success, or nonprofit program coordination is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications, social work, or a related field is an asset but not strictly required.
