Who We Serve: From small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, organizations in traditional industries trust Yourco as their frontline communications and frontline intelligence platform. Some of our customers include Snap-on, Sherwin-Williams, Keg Restaurants, Indianapolis Airport Authority, Great Day Improvements, and Ozinga. We specialize in serving industries with frontline, non-desk employees which make up 80% of the global workforce – manufacturing, construction, transportation, oil & gas, warehousing, agriculture, facilities services, retail, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare. Responsibilities: Create and build relationships with Insurance & Employee Benefit Brokers. Network with insurance brokers to open up new opportunities. Build relationships with partners through events such as dinners, lunches, sporting events, concerts, etc. Demo Yourco to insurance brokers and their clients. Close new business. Travel and connect in person with referral partners at least once per week to strengthen the partnership for long-term success.
