Introduction:
Are you based in Munich, have an inherent drive for Sales and are ready to help our client’s business grow across the German market?
Our client is a global leader in copyright licensing and intellectual property. Operating across 28+ countries, they empower businesses and public institutions to legally showcase films, TV shows, and audiovisual content protecting creators' rights while educating organizations on copyright compliance. To accelerate their expansion across Germany, they are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join their modern Munich office.
In this full-cycle sales role, diversity and momentum are guaranteed. One day you might be connecting with a local boutique gym, and the next, negotiating a licensing agreement with a major international airport. You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process—from proactive cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels, to closing deals with small businesses, mid-market companies, and large enterprises. Lead every stage of the sales pipeline and serve as a core brand ambassador in Germany. As a key brand ambassador in Germany, you'll take full ownership of your pipeline in a hybrid model (3 days in their Munich office, 2 days from home, with almost no business travel required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Proactively engage prospects via targeted phone outreach and lead the entire process from the first introductory conversation through to negotiation and final contract signing.
- Client Queries: Handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more. Education: Explaining to clients the importance of our clients license for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
- Get Deals Done: Build relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line. CRM Management: Log and document relevant information and client communication in their CRM system. Meet KPIs: Meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission.
Who you are:
- Native or bilingual (C2) German skills, paired with professional proficiency in English.
- Comfortable navigating conversations across all business sizes from pitching local SMB owners to negotiating complex licensing agreements at the enterprise level.
- Unfazed by rejection, you maintain high energy, bounce back quickly, and view every "no" as one step closer to a deal.
- Naturally driven to follow up, manage leads diligently, and drive deals across the finish line.
- Clear, persuasive, and articulate in written and verbal communication, bringing positive energy and collaboration to our Munich team.
- Highly efficient at managing a multi-channel pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM data, and utilizing modern sales tech tools.
What They Offer:
- Salary 60.000 - 70.000 euros + uncapped commission
- Hybrid work, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- 28 days vacation days
- The chance to work with a passionate, dedicated, and growing team
