Questions?Check out our FAQs
Where are your offices located?
Our headquarters are located in the heart of Munich, close to Stiglmaierplatz. We have additional offices in London, Berlin, Stockholm, and Vienna.
Do you provide support to new team members moving home or arriving from abroad?
Yes, we help team members from abroad with all aspects of their move to Germany. For team members from abroad, we work with a relocation service that specializes in handling the immigration process quickly and conveniently for everyone involved.
How does the onboarding process work?
From day one, we’re dedicated to setting you up for success, with purpose and heart. You’ll be paired with a dedicated buddy who ensures you feel not just welcomed, but truly supported every step of the way. Our onboarding starts with an immersive introduction to our business model, structure, and unique culture—alongside a cohort of new joiners who’ll become part of your first bridge-building network.
Once settled, you’ll dive deeper into your team-specific onboarding, exploring the tools, expectations, and goals that will define your role. Through regular check-ins with your buddy, manager, and People Partner, you’ll stay connected, aligned, and empowered to deliver results early on.
Will I have the option of working from home?
Absolutely. At DataGuard, we’re a hybrid-first company that values trust, ownership, and outcomes over rigid schedules. Our DataGuard Flex Policy gives you the autonomy to split your time between remote and on-site work, empowering you to focus where you work best, while still making room for the in-person moments that spark creativity, build bridges, and strengthen our shared mission.
Does DataGuard offer any benefits to their employees?
Yes! Along with our core fundamental values, we cover all areas, including mobility, family care, fitness and wellbeing, relocation, and remote work support. Check out the full overview of our benefits here.
And to emphasize the focus on your personal development, each full-time employee is granted a yearly personal development budget of 1,500.00 EUR/GBP to fuel their growth.
What is the typical hiring process and timeline?
We aim to move from first conversation to offer within two to three weeks—because we respect your time and energy. But we also know that no two journeys are the same, so we stay flexible where it counts. For us, hiring is more than just filling a role; it’s about building trust, embracing differences, and finding people who are as excited about shaping the future as we are. Throughout the process, you’ll have space to ask questions, connect with our team, and get a real feel for our culture and how we work. Find out more here.
What opportunities are there for career growth and professional development?
We offer two tailored career paths: the Leadership Track for those aspiring to coach and inspire others, and the Expert Track for those looking to deepen their craft and make high-impact contributions as individual contributors.
You’ll have access to a dedicated personal development budget of EUR/GBP 1,500.00 net, biannual performance reviews, and clear development plans to help you level up with confidence. For those stepping into the next stage of their journey, our 12-month “level-up” program offers intensive coaching, workshops, and training to help you grow faster, with real support and direction.
