You studied law. Maybe you practised. Then you realised you'd rather close deals than bill hours.
MEC Digital is a brand strategy and digital marketing agency built exclusively for law firms. We help partners at boutique and mid-size firms across Europe build visibility and win clients through LinkedIn, content and SEO.
We're looking for one person: a lawyer who has already made the jump into digital sales and wants to sell to the people they used to work alongside.
THE ROLE
We help you generate the leads. You turn them into loyal clients.
- Run discovery calls with managing partners and senior lawyers
- Listen actively and get to the bottom of complex, sensitive situations
- Think on your feet: suggest a direction during the call and back it up with relevant case studies
- Build proposals and close monthly retainers
- Manage your client portfolio: track results and KPIs, keep clients satisfied and loyal, and propose upsells at the right moment
- Bring market insight back to the founders and help shape our offer
WHO YOU ARE
- Law degree (Grado en Derecho, LLB, LLM or equivalent), with at least 1 year of legal practice
- Experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, legal tech, agency, consulting)
- A track record you can put numbers on: deals closed, quota hit, cycle length
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French or German is a plus
- Based in or near Barcelona, authorised to work in Spain
- You speak lawyer. You know why partners hesitate, and how to get past it
- Natural social skills: you listen, ask the right questions and are genuinely curious about people
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed salary based on profile
- 10% commission on every new deal you close
- We help you generate leads. Your success is our success
- Hybrid role with a paid coworking space in Barcelona
- Weekly working session with the founders in Barcelona
HOW TO APPLY
- Apply here and answer one question in 3 sentences max: why did you leave law, and what have you sold since?
