You'll work with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners, originating business through both retail and wholesale channels while supported by a team that understands speed wins deals. What You'll Do · Grow relationships with investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners. · Originate loans through both retail and wholesale channels. · Structure financing solutions for Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, DSCR, and Rental Portfolio loans. · Manage your pipeline from initial conversation through funding. · Partner with underwriting and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
