Account Growth Specialist

Overview

Good salespeople solve problems. As an Account Growth Specialist, you'll talk with business owners about what it costs them to take cards and run orders, show them a smarter setup, and turn that conversation into a new account.

Everything you need to succeed is covered in training before you start, and the team is there whenever a question comes up. Owners are glad to hear how they can keep more of what they make, which makes for a friendly opening. This is a full-time role, and your pay is tied to performance, with bonuses for strong months, so each account you add moves your income up.

What You'll Do

• Connect with business owners and open a genuine conversation
• Learn how their business runs and where their payment costs sit today
• Present a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits
• Answer questions, ease concerns and close the sale
• Check in after setup so every client is up and running
• Track activity and next steps in the CRM

• Experience in sales, account work, retail or hospitality is a plus
