We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially minded Account Management professional to own and grow Surecomp's existing customer relationships in Latin America, with a primary focus on the Mexican market.

The role is centered on strategic existing accounts. You will serve as the senior commercial point of contact for large banking and corporate customers, working with stakeholders up to C-level, and will be responsible for customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Alongside account ownership, you will manage a defined territory and identify expansion opportunities within your customer base. You will work in parallel with the regional new business team and partner closely with Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Product Management to ensure customer success.

This is a remote position, suited to someone who can build trust with senior executives, manage complex customer environments independently, and represent Surecomp locally.

  • Act as the commercial owner for customer escalations, strategic reviews, and project governance discussions, working closely with Delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead account development and renewal processes, including proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Product Management to tailor solutions to customer needs.

Advantages

  • Exposure to transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, payments, lending, core banking, digital banking, or related banking technology environments.
  • Experience working with corporate customers in addition to financial institutions.
