We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Account Management Senior Associate to join our Client Management team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.

As an Account Management Senior Associate, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless account management, supporting retention strategies, and contributing to business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with commercial awareness, negotiation capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

YOUR JOB:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Support the management and retention of a portfolio of international clients, ensuring service commitments and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Participate in client and broker meetings, preparing commercial analyses, renewal strategies, and service reviews.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, finance, and product teams to deliver effective and timely solutions for clients.
  • Support renewal negotiations by gathering market intelligence, analyzing account performance, and preparing client recommendations.
  • Proactively manage client queries, escalations, and service concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client confidence.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support retention and growth objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, client advocacy, and overall service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong commercial mindset with an interest in client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior-level contacts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate recommendations.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, sales support, consulting, insurance, healthcare benefits, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
