Job Description This is a remote position. Our client, a multinational retailer and e-commerce company,is recruiting for an Account Manager to join their business. Position Title: Account Manager Position Type: Full time Employee Start Date: ASAP Location: Paris Hybrid (4-day in office, 1-day remote) Contact: Zuni Gonzalez | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 456 Responsibilities: Responsible for overall store operation management on Client, including product listing, category management, and page optimization to improve store image and user experience. Develop and implement promotion plans using platform marketing tools (such as advertising and livestreaming) to increase exposure and conversion rates. Regularly collect and analyze operational data, adjust strategies, and optimize store performance. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, provide professional pre-sales and after-sales service, maintain customer relationships, and improve satisfaction and repurchase rates. Requirements Associate degree or above, preferably in e-commerce, international trade, marketing, or related fields. 1-3 years of e-commerce operation experience, with cross-border e-commerce or platform operation experience preferred. Familiarity with platform operations and various marketing tools. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive operational improvements. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members. Strong learning ability and willingness to innovate. Proficiency in English and French.
