Account Manager – High-Risk Payments | Remote The client is a rapidly growing Payment Orchestration Platform expanding its commercial team and looking for a strong Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with merchants and PSPs globally. The client provides exclusive payment methods, competitive fees, and flexible solutions for high-risk verticals. This role is for an experienced Account Manager who understands high-risk payments, knows how to build long-term client relationships, analyze payment performance and identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of existing merchants and PSPs, acting as their main point of contact and building long-term client relationships Onboard new clients and coordinate their integration and launch in cooperation with Sales, Risk, Customer Success, Compliance, and Technical Support teams Analyze key payment performance metrics, including Acceptance Rate, traffic volumes, and GEO performance Use payment data to identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes and improve payment processing efficiency Provide clients with guidance on the company's payment products and available solutions Coordinate the resolution of operational, payment-related, and non-standard issues while managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in payments, FinTech, PSP, or acquiring within high-risk industries Strong understanding of card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payouts, and alternative payment methods in high-risk industries Experience working with merchants and PSPs in high-risk industries Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills Fluent Russian and English Ideal profile: You are proactive, client-oriented and commercially minded. You understand the specifics of high-risk payments, know how to build strong relationships with merchants and PSPs and can turn payment performance insights into practical recommendations and business growth.
