Job description We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise. This is a remote role, travel is required for local team meetups, industry conferences, and company summits throughout the year. Candidates should be local to the Miami, FL area. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of partners , ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth . Track and optimize key KPIs , including: Lead to Sales conversion rate Policy sales CPA Lead volume and spend growth Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights . Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies , driving consistent YoY partner spend increase . Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead distribution and lead performance . Qualifications 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation . Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment. Strong data analysis skills : Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL. CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking. Self-motivated , able to manage multiple accounts and projects . Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.
