Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Athens, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Account Manager will nurture and strengthen relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to deliver tailored IT solutions. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, and proactively addressing client concerns. The Account Manager will also play a key role in achieving business growth by fostering customer satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development, preferably within a software or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B software solutions and enterprise customer environments.
• Experience in the Telecom, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Services sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in account planning, project coordination, and delivering results on deadlines
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience with enterprise-grade software solutions and familiarity with tools like SynChordia is an advantage
