As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, supporting their digital transformation journey and guiding them through cloud adoption. You will strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and make sure clients get the maximum value from our services.

Practical information: Contract type: Full-time | Working model: Hybrid | Location: Lisbon | Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese (C1) and solid English communication skills

What you will do

• Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption while identifying new growth opportunities
• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
• Optimize software spend and help customers get the most out of their solutions
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through a consultative approach
• Work closely with internal teams and support marketing or business initiatives
• Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions effectively

What we need to see from you

• Experience in IT services or software sales, with a proven ability to develop business across a broad range of customer segments and market sizes, from SMB/SMC to larger enterprises
• Strong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformation in Microsoft ecosystem
• Great relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Consultative, problem-solving mindset
• Confidence using O365 and CRM systems
