What Success Looks Like in Your First 60 Days
You'll work directly with firm leadership, joining client calls to understand each client's strategy, goals, and priorities. You'll play a critical role in turning those strategies into action. Your time will be split between client-facing work and execution.
You'll review strategic plans, identify what needs to happen next, and coordinate the work, either completing it yourself or delegating it to the appropriate team member.
Within your first 60 days, we expect you to:
- Own execution: Understand our clients' strategic plans and ensure the work gets done, on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate the team: Work closely with content, production, and outreach teams to keep deliverables moving.
- Build client relationships: Join leadership on client calls, understand client priorities, and become a trusted point of contact.
- Use AI effectively: You'll be equipped with a range of AI tools. We expect you to be AI-fluent, strong at prompting, and capable of learning new tools quickly.
- Bring exceptional attention to detail: Catch things before they become problems. Track commitments, follow through, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The Mindset We're Looking For
One phrase that's important to us is: It's not just "get it done." It's "get it done by when?"
We're looking for someone who naturally thinks in deadlines, takes ownership, and moves quickly. If something can be done today, your instinct should be to get it done today.
You don't wait to be reminded, you don't let tasks linger, and you don't need someone checking in to make sure commitments are being met. We value people who take pride in being dependable, organized, and proactive. If that describes you, you'll do well here.
