About the Opportunity:

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Account Manager responsible for achieving volume, margin, and distribution targets within an assigned territory by managing key retail, wholesale, and food service accounts. This role balances the needs of grower partners and customers, coordinates with internal teams, and builds strategic partnerships to drive business growth with both commodities and specialty produce (potatoes, onions). Additionally, the Account Manager collaborates with the New Business Development team to cultivate relationships and expand sales opportunities. What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a related field such as agriculture or food-related industries
• Familiarity with sales technologies and tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for events, meetings, training, or trade shows upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Starting Wage: $85,000-$120,000 / Yearly

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
