- Monitor account activity, booking patterns, and revenue potential to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value and strategic accounts.
- Support renewals and ongoing client relationships to maximize long-term revenue.
3. New Business Prospecting & Acquisition
- Research and identify potential corporate clients, companies, industries, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prospect and initiate relationships with potential corporate clients.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and other appropriate channels.
- Qualify new business opportunities and understand the prospect's accommodation requirements.
- Prepare customized accommodation proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

- Prepare customized accommodation options, proposals, and commercial solutions based on client requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and open opportunities until they are resolved or converted into bookings.
- Support complex or high-value opportunities and coordinate internally to develop appropriate solutions.
- Monitor sales opportunities and take proactive action to move them through the pipeline.
- Meet assigned sales, revenue, retention, and account growth targets.
5. CRM & Account Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and account information in HubSpot CRM.
