Help customers succeed. Build lasting partnerships. Grow our business.

At EHS Insight, we believe technology should make work safer, smarter, and more efficient. Our software helps organizations streamline environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, empowering teams to work together, solve problems, and make better decisions.

As part of EHS Insight Software, we're building on nearly two decades of experience developing innovative software solutions that help businesses tackle complex challenges. We're looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and turning those relationships into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

In this role, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of customers, serving as their trusted partner and helping them get the most value from their investment in EHS Insight. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities to renew and expand existing accounts.

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative, thrives on accountability, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

What you'll do

  • Own your customer relationships. Build trusted partnerships across your portfolio through regular account reviews, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of each customer's goals and challenges.
  • Drive renewals and account growth. Take ownership of renewal revenue, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, and help customers discover additional products and capabilities that support their evolving needs.
  • Become a product expert. Develop a strong understanding of the EHS Insight portfolio and confidently lead customer-facing demonstrations that connect product capabilities to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Be a customer advocate. Partner with Support, Onboarding and Training, and other internal teams to address customer concerns, coordinate timely resolutions, and ensure customers have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth customer handoffs and partner with Marketing on relevant customer communications, webinars, virtual events, and product announcements.
  • Manage your business strategically. Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines. Use data and planning tools to prioritize opportunities and stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Deliver results. Consistently work toward renewal and expansion targets, balance competing priorities, and take proactive steps every day to move your accounts forward.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • An associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A results-oriented mindset and the motivation to own your goals, manage your portfolio, and identify opportunities without waiting to be prompted.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex products and business value to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to navigate change, solve problems, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) software or related industries.
  • Experience managing SaaS renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and growing existing customer accounts.
  • A track record of building strong customer relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

What success looks like

You'll build a strong understanding of your customer portfolio, establish trusted relationships, protect renewal revenue, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts over time. You'll balance a customer-first mindset with commercial ownership, using collaboration, product knowledge, and proactive account management to deliver results.

You won't be expected to do it alone. You'll have a manager to support your development and cross-functional partners who share your commitment to customer success. We're looking for someone who brings initiative, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in making progress every day.
