About the Company
Reebelo is a marketplace for refurbished tech devices and certified pre-owned lifestyle products. We empower consumers to save up to 70% on their favorite brands while contributing to a sustainable future with every purchase. Our ambitious vision is to lead the circular economy, transforming how people think about consumption. Founded by European co-founders, today we are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with team members across the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK, France, Germany and Italy. Having raised over $65M and are profitable, join our VC-backed scaleup if you’re ready to be part of a dynamic, high-growth team dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
The Role
We are looking for a German and English speaking Account Manager to join our global team and own our vendor partnerships. In this role, you will be the day-to-day owner of the relationships with the refurbishers and sellers who list on Reebelo, responsible for onboarding new vendors, growing the sales of existing ones and making sure German customers always find a competitive, high-quality offer. You will work closely with our EU leadership and with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing to build Reebelo into the go-to marketplace for refurbished tech in Germany.
What you'll do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of vendor accounts: onboard new refurbishers and sellers, get their catalogue live and drive their sales on Reebelo.
- Keep listings competitive and complete — pricing, assortment depth, stock availability and content quality — so our customers in Germany always find the best deal on their favorite brands.
- Track vendor performance against our quality standards (defect and return rates, dispatch times, customer ratings) and run improvement plans where vendors fall short.
- Be the voice of your vendors internally and the voice of Reebelo to your vendors: work with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing to resolve issues quickly and to plan promotions and campaigns.
- Open new supply: prospect refurbishers, distributors, telcos and trade-in partners across Germany and the wider DACH region, and help vendors list cross-border into our other European markets.
- Report weekly on account performance, pipeline and market insights (pricing trends, competitor activity, category gaps) to EU leadership.
- Travel occasionally within Germany and Europe to meet vendors and attend industry events.
What You'll Bring
- Professional level of German and English — comfortable negotiating with vendors and running business reviews in German, and working day-to-day with a global team in English.
- At least 3 years' experience in account management, vendor or seller management, partnerships or B2B sales — ideally in e-commerce, a marketplace, consumer electronics or refurbished tech.
- Commercial instinct: you understand pricing, margin and what makes a listing convert, and you can read a performance dashboard and turn it into actions with your vendors.
- A natural relationship-builder who is equally comfortable prospecting new partners and growing existing accounts.
- Experience with a CRM and seller or marketplace tools, and confident with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organised, self-reliant and a positive team player — you will work remotely with a lean team across time zones.
Bonus points
- An existing network in the German refurbished electronics, telco or consumer electronics distribution space.
- French or Italian language skills.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Germany or remote in Europe.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, retirement benefit and performance bonus.
- Real Ownership: You will own the vendor base end-to-end and see the impact of your work in the numbers every week.
- Low-Meeting Culture: We prioritize focus time and async communication.
- Vibrant Team Culture: Local events and digital global events that connect teams across continents.
