invisible homes is the UK's private market for prime property. Agents list homes with us that they don't want on the public portals: no Google trace, no date stamps, no price history. Our 80,000 registered buyers are matched to those homes privately. We work with some of the biggest names in prime property, and we're expanding globally from early 2027.

The role

You'll look after our estate agency clients day to day: getting new agencies set up and listing, keeping existing accounts active, and making sure every agent gets real value from the platform.

We're a small team that runs on AI. You'll work with Claude every day: drafting, analysing, building reports and tools. We want someone who enjoys that and keeps finding better ways to do things, not someone who sees AI as a chore. You'll work directly with the founder.

What you'll do

• Onboard new agencies: contracts, direct debit set-up, coverage and their first listings
• Check and approve new listings so every home is presented properly
• Speak to every account at least once a month, with extra attention on our largest clients
• Keep every account up to date, spot those at risk early and act on them
• Send buyer matches and price-change updates that turn into enquiries and viewings
• Follow up the valuation leads we refer to agents
• Prepare client reports, and buyer reports for sellers
• Use AI to improve how all of the above gets done, and bring us the ideas

About you

• Based in Lisbon
• Fluent written and spoken English: you'll be speaking to London estate agents every day
• You already use AI tools by choice, and you're curious about what else they can do
• Organised, and in the habit of following up without being chased
• Comfortable on the phone, including the harder conversations
• Account management, customer success or property experience helps, but attitude matters more. We'll teach the job to the right person
