Account Manager-Pakistan/India Remote

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to assigned clients.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.
• Reactivate inactive clients and improve client retention.
• Assist clients with account, deposit, withdrawal and platform-related enquiries.
• Promote relevant campaigns and encourage client activity.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly KPIs.

Requirements

• Telesales, Account Management or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Good communication and telephone skills.
• Comfortable with daily outbound calling.
• Forex/CFD experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven and responsible.
