Location: Philippines (Remote) Department: Client Services / Account Management Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership growth. This individual will work closely with Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership to manage client relationships, oversee open requisitions, coordinate contractor activities, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and experienced in the staffing industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally. Staffing Operations Manage the full lifecycle of client requisitions from intake through successful placement. Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure timely candidate delivery. Monitor interview activity, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Track contractor performance and client satisfaction. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Account Growth Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Introduce additional service offerings, including contract staffing, direct hire, RPO, and workforce solutions. Partner with Business Development on strategic account planning. Help grow revenue within existing client relationships. Communication & Coordination Lead intake meetings with hiring managers. Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records. Provide clients with regular hiring updates and market insights. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities. Partner with Payroll and Operations to resolve billing or contractor issues. Reporting & Analytics Track account performance and KPIs. Prepare weekly client status reports. Monitor fill rates, time-to-fill, interview ratios, and client satisfaction metrics. Provide revenue forecasts for assigned accounts. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or client services. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Experience supporting U.S.-based clients is highly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, healthcare, or professional staffing. Experience working with remote teams. Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms.
